To BALANCE the earth element:

  • break up goals into smaller steps

  • know that you’re DOING ENOUGH!

  • spend time in nature

  • meditate with the trees, rooting DOWN

  • open your heart chakra with music

  • feel the sensual energy of mother earth

To BALANCE the fire element:

  • ELEVATE others into their own leadership… empower others

  • say sorry if/when you have outbursts (lol)

  • direct your fire to a goal or a mission that positively impacts others

  • prioritize time with others who inspire you
